Our Legacy Gin Saws

A gin saw’s performance is vital to the ginning process. There are many factors that affect a blade’s performance: flatness, balance, stiffness, tooth geometry and configuration, quality of steel, and of course, the overall manufacturing process.

With this in mind, we utilize the most advanced gin saw manufacturing technology available and demand the highest quality standards in the industry during all stages of production, from the receipt and inspection of raw materials to the preparation for shipment of our finished products.

Our research and development team understands that excellence is developed by individuals with a desire to continue improving on current successes. Therefore, we are constantly striving to make our product, processes, design and services better for all customers. It’s this focus which ensures our Legacy Gin Saws are the longest lasting, highest quality saws available, which will definitely increase your bottom line.

Only the Finest Steel

We utilize the very best U.S. manufactured steel for our gin saws. Incoming steel lots pass through a rigorous inspection process to include tests for consistency, tensile strength and hardness. Each lot must fall within specific tolerances or it is rejected and returned to the supplier. This requires our suppliers to be particularly careful while manufacturing our steel to ensure the unique specifications and the quality we demand.
Individual Attention Given to Every Saw

Creating a Legacy gin saw involves numerous separate processes that are performed by some of the most knowledgeable and experienced gin saw makers in the country. Despite being produced in large quantities, every blade gets individual attention during each phase of production. Our production staff takes pride in the fact they are producing the best gin saw in the world.

Designed for Ultimate Performance

Our unique flattening, heat treatment and surface grinding process ensures that our saws are distortion free and have uniform thickness. The end result is an extremely high-wear resistant gin saw, which retains proper uniform hardness throughout. A perfect balance of strength and flexibility can mean only one thing for the gin: a durable gin saw which will increase bottom line profits.
